Hello OCP Families,

I could not be more excited to lead OCP as Principal this school year.  I have had the absolute pleasure of working closely with Mrs. Hall-Green during the 2020/2021 school year. It is my honor to continue her work with a focus on growth.  For me, this means embraces the “Mamba Mentality.”  As the late Kobe Bryant said, “It’s a constant quest to try to be better today than you were yesterday and better tomorrow than you were the day before.”

As we as a country transition into a new sense of normal, it is my sincere hope that we can resume more traditional education.  In the event that we need to continue remote learning, please know that the OCP team is committed to providing the rigorous and quality education that each and every student needs.  I recognize that if we return to traditional school, it will be an adjustment for our students.  I am committed to supporting them through this adjustment.  No matter how the learning takes place, we will provide your scholar with the quality education they deserve.

Ohio College Preparatory School is here to guide your student through their learning.  We will work with your scholar to develop their own goals and own their progress towards meeting them.  We recognize that many students experienced challenges during the pandemic, we are committed to working hard to close those gaps and push students to excel.

I am very family centered and community rooted.  I live in this community with my own family.  I am excited to blend my school family with my personal family.  I hope to get back to having monthly events and activities that we can enjoy as a school community.
